Edmonton to Calgary to Salmon Arm

Begin your Victoria vacation as you are welcomed aboard your deluxe coach in Edmonton.  Travel south via Red Deer to Calgary meeting additional travel companions enroute.  Sit back, relax, and admire the incredible vistas of the Canadian Rocky Mountains.  Cross the border into British Columbia and continue to Salmon Arm, the “Gem of the Shuswap,” to overnight at the Comfort Inn.  Located on a hill overlooking Shuswap Lake, your hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere.  This evening features a GET ACQUAINTED PIZZA PARTY.

Today, take a panoramic drive “up island” to experience THE RAPTORS.  Inspired by birds of prey, the visitor centre provides fascinating interactions with these incredible birds.  Carry on to the picturesque coastal village of CHEMAINUS.  Discover the famous collection of murals depicting the heritage, history, and nature of the area, wander through quaint shops or find a bite to eat, wrapping up a memorable day.  Return to Victoria for overnight.
